Susan Noll is a Graphic Design professional with extensive experience designing for large financial corporations as well as small businesses and individuals. She attended Pratt Institute toward a Masters Degree program in Communication Design and graduated cum laude from St. Francis College, both schools in New York. Susan continues a lifelong goal of expanding her abilities through participation in classes, workshops and group activities with other artists.

One of Susan's many strengths is the ability to listen and focus on what clients really need and to explain the options available to them. She wants each client know that their needs are special. She is responsive and meets promised deadlines. Susan also does her best to help clients with last minute projects - we all know the unexpected sometimes happens.

In addition to her design skills, she prides herself on making people around her smile. She spent 20 years practicing as the Creative/Art Director & Senior Graphic Designer for a major financial institution in New York, which was a subsidiary of the New York Stock Exchange.

Susan may be different from other designers due to her 20+ years in management in corporate America before going into business for herself. Leadership development was taken very seriously and as part of this, Susan participated in a curriculum of classes to develop the skills that make a good leader. Good leadership goes beyond mangement - it teaches you how to deal with and appreciate the variety of social styles exhibited by different people. Understanding the right way to reward a staff member, or to effect change, translates incredibly well to interacting well with vendors and clients.

Susan also was a volunteer Emergency Medical Technician for six years in New York City and bartended at a friend's establishment. This combined experience was not only personally rewarding, but provided a strong foundation for remaining calm and focused in difficult or unusual situations.
